We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Technician who shares our passion for technology and customer service.
The Help Desk Technician's main areas of responsibility are to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to our customers, all while providing excellent customer service.
This is a hybrid-remote position located in Roanoke, Alabama.
Candidates are required to live within a 1.
5-hour commuting distance from Roanoke and be readily available for on-site client support and occasional office commuting.
Qualified candidates will have 3
years of experience working in a help desk support role.
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior MSP experience and a proven track record of support of small, medium, and multi-site networks.
Primary areas of responsibility:
Utilize ConnectWise RMM to perform remote troubleshooting of customer's hardware, network, application, and procedural issues Maintain accurate notes and status of issues in the ConnectWise ticketing system Interact with customers, network providers, and vendors daily; opening tickets and performing follow-up with internal/external organizations regarding customer-related issues Traveling to customers' office locations to provide onsite support Requirements:

years of experience with:
ConnectWise PSA ticketing software IT Glue Windows 10 and up - installation, configuration, and maintenance Microsoft Server OS - all versions Microsoft 365 - multiple applications Diagnosing and resolving network issues, including ping testing, IP configuration, and understanding network topology.
Active Directory administration Azure VEEAM and Quest CompTIA Network
